The Boathouse, outdoor patio spaces, and surrounding grounds offer as many options as you can imagine. In addition to our Lincoln Financial Community Room, we offer a beautiful landscaped patio where guests enjoy themselves al fresco. The patio is a natural setting for a barbeque or clam bake, or outdoor meeting or wedding ceremony. The following capacities are guides based on typical configurations:

The Boathouse features a team of seasoned culinary professionals that offer an impressive array of menu choices, catering styles and prices. It’s the only facility of its kind that lets you obtain competitive bids from our Preferred Caterers, who are insured, licensed, and exclusively contracted to provide service in the Riverfront Parks.  Catering for events held at the boathouse must be contracted with one of the four Riverfront Preferred Caterers listed here.  The use of any other caterer is not permitted.

Preferred Caterers

Requesting catering quotes for your event is simple..(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) TO GET CATERING QUOTES FROM ALL OF OUR PREFERRED CATERERS.

The Preferred Caterers will then compete for your business and you will receive an “apples to apples” comparison of options and pricing.

Please type “request for proposal” in the subject of your email. We suggest including this information in your email:

• Your Name
• Phone number(s)
• Fax (if applicable)
• Event Date
• Location
• Number of Guests
• Event Start and End Time
• Estimated Per Person Budget
• Description of the desired food/service you’d like to have: Hors D’oeuvres (Stationary or Passed), Dinner (Buffet Stations or Sit Down), Serving Dessert and Coffee (Yes or No), and the style you wish for your event (Casual or Formal).

Bar Service

Make your occasion lively and fun by providing spirits to your guests*. Riverfront Recapture offers a number of serving options, including our Beer and Wine Bar or Full (Mixed Drink) Bar. A minimum of $300 per event is required for all bar services plus an hourly rate of $35.00 per hour, per bartender. Click here  to view our Beverage Packages and Pricing.

* Due to liability and legal restrictions, no outside alcoholic beverages of any kind may be brought into the Riverfront Parks by the client, caterer, or any other party. Riverfront Recapture is the only licensed authority to sell and serve liquor for consumption in the Riverfront Parks.

Rentals

Your Boathouse Rental fee includes the tables and chairs we have at our facility.  You must rent linens, china, glassware and flatware for your event, plus tenting and alternative style tables and chairs if needed.  Additional rentals may be needed depending on the style of wedding your planning and your catering needs.  Our staff will coordinate the rentals for you through our exclusive agreement with Taylor Rental, providing you with the highest quality rental items available at published pricing.  To view their brochure, click here.

Audio Visual

The Boathouse is equipped with an in-house sound system for speaking engagements. Use of the system includes both wired and wireless microphones - cost $150.

Our spectacular views have one drawback: an environment that may be too bright for Power Point presentations and video projection. Our solution: a state-of-the art, high-lumen multi-media projection system - cost $150.

Want to take advantage of both systems? We’ll combine the offering - cost $250.

Should your event require a more elaborate audio/visual system, let us know. We’ll coordinate with our exclusive service providers to make sure you have whatever you need.

Private Events anywhere in the Riverfront Parks
