Join instructors from The Dance Collective for a free, no-stress contemporary dance class, incorporating different styles of contemporary dance, including release techniques, floor work, and improvisation. Class participants will move freely, exercise and compose dance. Contemporary dance, by definition, comprises those movement practices occurring right now in the world; a hybrid style of dance, drawing from ballet, modern dance, jazz, and ethnic forms. This class is open to all ages and levels of experience. Dress comfortably and bring water.
