We've partnered with Hartford Sweat for another year of free yoga. Join us every Wednesday night through August for Yoga Flow on the River. Stretch and strengthen your body and mind in this class designed to link movement with breath, allowing you to unwind and connect. This is a perfect blend of all-levels yoga to music that will clear your mind, exercise and strengthen your body through a series of smooth and calming postures. The grass, the light shade of trees, fresh air and scenic backdrop at make this a perfect setting for a one hour yoga practice that will relax and rejuvenate you for the week.
The classes are taught in a Vinyasa style flow of yoga postures suitable for any level of yoga experience, and the instructors are trained to recognize and provide modifications for past injuries or limitations a person may have so that everyone is relaxed and challenged to the level they desire. Please bring water and a yoga mat.
