Take the stage at lower Mortensen Riverfront Plaza for RiverBarre, taught by instructors from Hartford Sweat. Barre is a total-body-toning workout based on a combination of ballet movement, yoga alignment and Pilates core work. You'll feel the burn with these low-impact body weight exercises that incorporate resistance bands, yoga stretching and controlled breathing. Strengthen and sculpt your body and your mind! Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in. Bring water and a yoga mat and wear sneakers.
