From college students to retirees, beginners to the very experienced, men and women of all ages and physical abilities can participate in our classes for beginning, intermediate and experienced rowers. Classes are offered in both large, team boats (sweep rowing) and smaller, individual boats (sculling) in spring, summer and fall, and during the winter we train indoors. Adult Indoor Training

  • M/W 6 - 7:30 pm, 1/6 - 3/25
  • T/Th 6 - 7:30 am, 1/7 - 3/25
  • T/Th 9:30 - 11 am,  1/7 - 3/25
  • Sunday Drop In Pass: Attend 10 Sunday 9:30 am classes between 12/1 and 3/29
  • Women’s Racing Team: T/TH, 6 - 7:30 pm, Sat., 8:30 - 10 am
  • Men’s Racing Team: M/W, 5:45 - 7:30 am, Sat., 7 - 8:30 am, Captain’s Practice, Fri., 5:45 - 7:30 am (when available)
