From college students to retirees, beginners to the very experienced, men and women of all ages and physical abilities can participate in our classes for beginning, intermediate and experienced rowers. Classes are offered in both large, team boats (sweep rowing) and smaller, individual boats (sculling). We also have Competitive Racing Teams and both morning and evening classes for Experienced adult rowers, and Summer Memberships for college students.

Adult Programs:


 

Beginner & Intermediate Rowing: 
Registration for our summer beginner and intermediate rowing classes for adults IS OPEN BELOW. No experience is necessary to partcipate in our beginners classes; you should have some experience before registering for intermediate classes. All participants must know how to swim, even though it's unlikely you'll end up in the water.  No rowing experience is necessary for Beginner classes; Intermediate Classes are designed as a follow-up to Beginning Classes.

Session 1: Tuesday, May 29 - Thursday, June 21

Session 2: Monday, June 25 - Thursday, July 19

Session 3: Monday, July 30 - Thursday, August 23

This membership is for experienced college rowers provides access to ergs and boats all summer (small boats are dependent upon skill level and big boats are dependent upon appropriate coxswain; both dependent upon availability). Coached on-water classes are held from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays begining May 30th. Races are a possibility depending on number of participants (additional race fees would apply). Membership cost is $350.
