Although it's unlikely participants will wind up in the water, it is always a possibility with a water-based activity and everyone must know how to swim.

  • No rowing experience is necessary for Beginner classes.
  • Intermediate Classes are designed as a follow-up to Beginning Classes.
  • College membership is designed for experienced collegiate rowers

Registration will open soon for the following programs

Session 1 , Tuesday May 29 - Thursday June 21

Session 1 make up classes for Memorial Day will be held on Friday June 1 for A.M. classes  All are invited to a fun race and picnic on Thursday, June 21, 6:00 p.m. 

Session 2, Monday June 25 - Thursday July 19

Session 2 make up classes for Independence Day will be held on Friday July 6. . All are invited to a fun race and picnic Thursday July 19, 6:00 pm

Session 3, Monday July 30 - Thursday August 23


2018 Summer Collegiate Training Membership for experienced collegiate rowers

The Summer Collegiate Training Membership provides access to ergs and boats all summer (small boats are dependent upon skill level and big boats are dependent upon appropriate coxswain; both dependent upon availability). 

Coached on-water classes are held from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays beginnig May 31st.  Races are a possibility depending on number of participants (additional race fees would apply). Membership cost is $350.

Individual/Group Lessons

One- or multi-day individual or group/corporate lessons are available for both sweep or sculling.  If interested, please contact Brian via email or call 860.713.3131 ext. 314.  Sculling lessons for one or two people are $75.  Corporate or other groups of 10 people are $300
